国家压力管道元件质量监督检验中心

　　国家压力管道元件质量监督检验中心是由国家质量监督检验检疫总局和省发改委批准筹建，主要开展各类压力容器、压力管道、管道元件的产品质量监督检验和型式试验。中心包括：综合管理部、科研开发部（下设失效分析研究室、风险评估技术研究室）、试验中心（下设理化测试实验室、强度实验室、阀门实验室、补偿器实验室、无损检测实验室）。中心将配备先进的实验与检测设备，开展压力管道及管道元件最前沿的检验检测技术研究，压力管道相关失效分析、风险评价等科研工作。　　中心将建设成为集科研、产品开发、技术攻关、鉴定评审、标准制修订、产品监督检验和试验为一体，能与国际检测机构相抗衡，具有国际先进水平、力争达到国际领先水平的质量监督检验中心。中心还将成为特种设备行业人员的实践操作培训考核基地，为提高我国特种设备行业的检验、检测、科研水平做出贡献。　　National Quality Supervision & Inspection Center of Pressure Pipe Components was approved and constructed by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine of PRC and relevant government departments. The center carries out the type approval tests and the inspections of pressure vessel and pressure pipe components. The center includes the departments as follows: The General Management Dept., the Science and Research Development Dept., including the Failure Analysis Lab, the Risk Evaluation Technique Lab, The Experimental Center, including the Physical and Chemical Inspection lab, Strength Lab, Valve Lab, Compensator Lab, Nondestructive Examination Lab, etc. The center is equipped with the world-class experimental and inspecting equipments. The most forward studying of the experiment and inspection technology of pressure piping components, failure analysis and risk assessment inspection about pressure pipe are also carried out in the center. 　　The center will be developed to the most advanced lab integrated with pipeline components supervision inspection, research & development, survey and assessment, relevant standards revision. It will strive to reach the international leading level and counterbalance with the international advanced inspection institution. The center will also become a base for training and examination of the special equipment operators.
